Im letzten Quartal ist es uns sogar gelungen das beste Ergebnis der Unternehmensgeschichte einzufahren. Mit der Mehrheitsbeteiligung von The Platform Group haben wir einen starken Partner gewonnen, mit dem wir nun an unseren Erfolg ankn\u00fcpfen k\u00f6nnen. \nBenedikt Ruf:<\/span> Wir sind sehr stolz auf unser Team, das trotz dynamischer Marktentwicklungen jeden Tag und jeden Monat aufs Neue alles gegeben haben. \nJanek Andre:<\/span> In 2021 wollen wir unser Maschinenangebot verdoppeln. Gerade arbeiten wir an der Erweiterung unseres Beschaffungsnetzwerks und pr\u00fcfen aktiv Neueinstellungen. Auch beabsichtigen wir intensiver in den Direktankauf von Maschinen zu investieren, um unseren Kunden neben der globalen Vermarktung weitere Absatzoptionen bieten zu k\u00f6nnen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
\nBenedikt Ruf:<\/span> Das neue Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2021 steht bei uns unter dem Motto „Pushing Forward“. Damit verbinden wir unseren Anspruch stets mit hoher Agilit\u00e4t und Umsetzungsst\u00e4rke am Unternehmen zu arbeiten – gleichzeitig auch maximal Freude an diesem Prozess zu haben. Zum Beispiel f\u00fchren wir gerade ein cloud-basiertes Motivationstool f\u00fcr alle Abteilungen ein und incentivieren somit besondere Leistungen unmittelbar. \nJanek Andre:<\/span> Es bleibt herausfordernd. Aber dies spornt uns eher an, da wir es gewohnt sind uns dynamisch an Marktbedingungen anzupassen. Im Gesch\u00e4ft mit Gebrauchtmaschinen agieren wir im Spot-Markt, insofern liegt es bei uns in der Natur unseres Gesch\u00e4ftsmodells agil zu sein. Der Jahresstart zeigt schon jetzt eine vielversprechende Tendenz mit einer signifikanten Steigerung der Verkaufs- und Kaufanfragen \u00fcber unsere Plattform und Anzeigenportale. Eine durchaus positive Entwicklung, die sich aktuell abzeichnet.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
\nBenedikt Ruf:<\/span> Eine gewisse Konsolidierung wird sich sicher auf industrieller Zuliefererseite auch dieses Jahr verst\u00e4rken. Dies wird kontinuierlich neues Angebot an Gebrauchtmaschinen hervorrufen. Gleichzeitig geben uns unsere Kunden insbesondere in der Serienfertigung durchweg positive Signale auch aktiv in Maschinenkapazit\u00e4t investieren zu wollen – insbesondere bei kurzfristigem Bedarf auf Grund von schneller Verf\u00fcgbarkeit auch in Gebrauchtmaschinen. Der Markt f\u00fcr Gebrauchtmaschinen ist in Bewegung und erfindet sich auf eine gewisse Weise neu. Wir freuen uns darauf diese Entwicklung mitzugestalten.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Janek Andre:<\/span> 2020 was a challenging year, but we managed to overachieve our target. The last quarter of 2020 was even the best result in the company's history. With the majority shareholder The Platform Group, we have gained a strong partner with whom we can now build on our success. All in all, it was a very successful year for us and one that points the way forward for the future of the GINDUMAC Group.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>
Benedikt Ruf:<\/span>\u00a0We are very proud of our team, who have given their all every day and every month, despite dynamic market developments. Especially the months of March and April, when hardly any new business could be generated, have welded us together in a special way. Janek Andre:<\/span> In 2021, we want to double our range of machines. Right now we are working on expanding our procurement network and are actively looking at new hires. We also intend to invest more intensively in the direct purchase of machines in order to be able to offer our customers further sales options in addition to global marketing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>
Benedikt Ruf:<\/span> Our motto for the new fiscal year 2021 is \"Pushing Forward\". With this, we underline our claim to always develop the company with high agility and implementation strength - at the same time having maximum joy in this process. For example, we are currently introducing a cloud-based motivation tool for all departments and thus directly incentivize special achievements. At the same time, we are using gamification to promote team identification in the office and in the field.<\/p><\/blockquote>

How do you see the current market situation?<\/h2>

Janek Andre:<\/span> It remains challenging. But this rather motivates us, as we are used to dynamically adapting to market conditions. In the used machinery business, we operate in the spot market, so it is in the nature of our business model to be agile. The start of the year is already showing a promising trend with a significant increase in sales and purchase inquiries via our platform and ad portals. A thoroughly positive development that is currently emerging.<\/p><\/blockquote>
Benedikt Ruf:<\/span> A certain consolidation will certainly the suppply volume this year. This will continuously generate new offers of used machines. At the same time, our customers, especially in series production, are giving us consistently positive signals that they also want to invest actively in production capacity - especially in the case of short-term demand they consider used machines because of quick availability. The market for used machines is on the move and is reinventing itself in a certain way. We look forward to shaping this development.<\/p><\/blockquote>
