Kaiserslautern, January 10, 2025. GINDUMAC has successfully integrated the activities of Machinery Purchase & Fulfillment GmbH (MPF GmbH) into its core operations. Originally established to enhance GINDUMAC’s purchasing capabilities through direct investments with a dedicated fund, MPF GmbH has now been closed, with its expertise and resources fully embedded within GINDUMAC.

This integration strengthens GINDUMAC’s position as a leader in the global used machinery trade, enhancing its ability to manage complex projects, including dealer partnerships, project-based financing, and fulfillment—key areas that were previously supported by MPF GmbH. With direct purchasing now fully managed within the GINDUMAC Group, the company, along with its subsidiary Wehrmann Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG, is well-positioned to expand its inventory of high-quality machinery and offer even greater flexibility to its clients.
